Terms and Conditions.

When you engage Wide Connective’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully prior to proceeding.

1. Agreement Term

This Agreement begins upon receipt of the Client’s initial payment and remains in effect until all agreed deliverables and services have been completed. An additional seven (7) days is provided after delivery for the Client to review and inspect all work.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Services Provided

Wide Connective offers a range of creative and consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Website design and development

  • Brand identity development

  • Social media management and content strategy

  • Business consulting services

  • Project management

Specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in the individual project agreement or proposal.

2.2 Access & Handover

Upon completion of applicable services, the Client will receive appropriate access and basic guidance for managing their assets.

2.4 Client Input

The Client agrees to provide a clear vision, necessary materials, and timely feedback to support the successful completion of services.

2.5 Out-of-Scope Work

Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope—including new features, expanded deliverables, or additional consultation—may require a revised quote or contract amendment.

3. Responsibilities

3.1 Wide Connective Responsibilities

Wide Connective will perform services in a professional and timely manner and will obtain necessary permissions for any third-party materials sourced by us, where applicable.

3.2 Client Responsibilities

The Client guarantees that all provided materials (including text, images, branding elements, content, etc.) are owned by them or used with proper authorization.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit & Final Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The remaining balance is due upon project completion or according to the agreed payment schedule.

4.2 Late Payments

Payments not received within 15 days of invoice due date may incur a late fee of $50 per week on any outstanding balance.

4.3 Ongoing Costs

Any recurring costs (such as hosting, domain renewals, software subscriptions, or third-party tools) are the responsibility of the Client..

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with seven (7) days written notice.
The Client agrees to compensate Wide Connective for all work completed up to the termination date.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

6.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, the Client will own the final deliverables created specifically for their project, including approved designs, branding assets, and website content, unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Designer Ownership

Wide Connective retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, drafts, working files, and proprietary processes used in delivering services.

6.3 Third-Party Assets

Any third-party tools, fonts, plugins, templates, or media remain the property of their respective owners. The Client agrees to comply with all licensing requirements.

7. Attribution Rights

7.1 Portfolio Use

Wide Connective reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and social media.

7.2 Credit Attribution

For applicable projects (such as websites), a small attribution (e.g., “Website Designed by Wide Connective”) may be included unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Post-Completion Support & Modifications

8.1 Client Modifications

Changes made by the Client or third parties after project completion may impact performance or design integrity. Wide Connective is not responsible for issues arising from such changes.

8.2 Additional Support

Ongoing support, updates, consulting, or troubleshooting requested after project completion will be treated as additional services and billed accordingly.

9. General Provisions

9.1 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

9.2 Binding Agreement

This Agreement is binding upon and benefits both Wide Connective and the Client.

9.3 Good Faith

Both parties agree to act in good faith throughout the execution, performance, and termination of this Agreement.
